Humbug, the hardest months of the year for my family are: back to school in Sept, the end of school in May, and December.......! Starting earlier might take some stress off....gonna go make jam instead.
Thanks everyone, we seem to be united on this - knitting doesn't seem to me to break the unanimity. But it was pointed out to me yesterday that there are Christmas Shops open and doing a roaring trade all the year round. So who patronises them - and for what?
Selfridges seems to pride itself on being first with a Christmas shop but I think they keep the window display for later! The child in me would love a year round Christmas shop!
