    Busted. I smile a lot to avoid the pain and financial burden of surgery. I'd put a sideways smiley face here, but I hate them.

    Thanks for the comments. You are such a well-balanced lot! But I agree, you have to laugh, don't you... but from what I understand, the surgeons don't actually want you to laugh, only to girn (gurn or grimace) to their dictates.
