Long way to go for me then...37! :)
That sounds about right.Young enough to have a future of mortgage payments, old enough to have feet on the ground.
I expect they are all living at home with their mums til then Dave - what is the world coming to?
Just in time for life to begin at forty!
Terrible, and a lovely haiku that understates the situation beautifully.
Still single at 37 and living at home, hanging onto mummy's apron strings to protect you from the big bad world how lazy can you get.
Didn't it used to be much younger?
Hmmm. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
Thanks again Everyone. We had bought our third house by 37 and were about to buy our fourth - though I'm not sure what that proves. However, I did like Derrick's comment, I must say.
I think I'm somewhere with you on that one, Dave. We had bought our first house at 21 and 23, my husband and I.
