I read the article in our newspaper this morning ... must confess to pondering the premise for a few minutes, then headed for the kitchen and what I normally consume for breakfast! Though I do see logic in the premise.
Thanks again. I have to confess that the original was aimed at eating certain foods, not overall eating! You think about eating, say, chocolate and end up eating less of it. And, no, Derrick, there aint no fun in that!
