From what I gather, the US Military used to develop their own video games to train men in the art of killing. But cut-backs killed the practice off, so they devised this devilish idea of funding commercial games makers. When you enter the cheat code you open the training video.
We as a people are not handling our technological adolescence very well.
Wouldn't have thought that many games would need a cheat code - just watch!
