Yes indeed, shame on them.
You would think the bans and fines would have to begin at home, in this case at the water companies.
Yes Dave and not just the water companies - the gas pipe down our lane has about a dozen leaks in it - yet another instance of wasted money - no wonder the country is going to the dogs.
The image of ban against waste sums up the rot at the top.
Our oil leaks and stains,
the water is no better.
Who can stop it all?
