Dear Dave, I really enjoyed First Car, First Love. The last couplet has a strong echo from Marvell's To His Coy Mistress, is that made on purpose?
Are banks dumping sub primes or refusing sub prime loans? I haven't been watching rates lately but the last I saw they were very low here. I hope they aren't heading back up already.
