Are banks dumping sub primes or refusing sub prime loans? I haven't been watching rates lately but the last I saw they were very low here. I hope they aren't heading back up already.

Yes, I think you're right. They are refusing the loans - and gambling on commodities, wheat etc, instead

recalling a loan.
