Seen among the Lost Pet cards: Have you seen them? Two lost faiths, much loved and greatly missed: A fluffy kitten, black and white -- answers to the name of adam (meaning earth -- pristine, of course). Also, a snow-white puppy -- comes when you call eve (life- giving - as in the biosphere of all life, everywhere). When found, they'll likely be together. Please search the garden and the potting shed, beneath the apple tree, etc.

Alas, I think the searchers should search OUTSIDE of the garden.....far away from that apple tree.
smiles...great symbolism in this....and creatively presented sir...i would hope we dont give up that search....
Short poem that leaves a vast universe around it. The longing for a quest in the air. And yes, I too would hope we don't give up the search.
Moving, compassionate, phenomenal writing, Dave.
Yes..and the search continues...

So much in a short poem. I am humbled by your talent.
Your lines remind me of my stuffed animal that I adored in my childfood. ...whre is she, the cute Eve.
I'm with Claudia, and would go further and hope that they are not found.

Adam and Eve most likely to be found together beneath the apple tree!
Delightfully amusing, yet moving at the same time.
